Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and the continental United States. We also offer local pickup for customers willing to commute to our location just north of Toronto, Ontario.
FedEx Ground and expedited options are available at checkout. For larger shipments, we use LTL service (less than truck-load) using trusted carriers. We can also ship using our customers’ preferred shipping carrier account, or customers can pick up directly from our facility in Vaughan, ON.
Lead Time & Transit Time Duration
Lead times do not include transport transit time duration. Lead times and shipping days include weekdays only. They do not include weekends, holidays, or other published exceptions unless otherwise stated.
Lead time refers to the production process and begins 1 business day after artwork has been approved, and ends when the finished product has been shipped. Where artwork is not applicable, lead time refers to the time it takes to prepare an order and ends when it has been shipped. Lead times are displayed on all of our product pages. Please note that these are approximations, not guarantees.
Transit time is the time it takes for an order to reach its destination after it has been shipped. An order is considered shipped after it has been picked up by the shipping carrier. Transit time begins one business day after the order has been shipped.
Timeliness of delivery becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier after an order has been picked up. Exhibico Display Services Ltd. will not be held liable for shipping delays, regardless of the shipping method(s) chosen or any guarantees therein. No exceptions.
Once your order has been picked up, Exhibico Display Services Ltd. will not be responsible for rerouting it to any address other than the one specified prior to shipment, nor will we incur any fees associated with doing so.
International shipments may be subject to additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, and other import charges related to customs clearance. Unless otherwise pre-arranged, these fees are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that these fees are charged to Exhibico Display Services Ltd., they will be paid on behalf of the customer and in turn, billed to the customer. The credit card that was used to place the order will be charged for these additional fees.
Damage In Transit
Unless otherwise stated, all orders placed with Exhibico Display Services Ltd. will ship Free On Board (F.O.B.) from either our shipping dock or one of our supplier's shipping docks. Damage resulting in, but not limited to, losses in shipment, vandalism, theft, fire, and natural disasters may be covered by your insurance and/or insured by the shipping carrier. In the event that damage occurs, we will do our best to help expedite the claim process.
